More than enough IBs use aoe punt tactic.
Anyway Order need only knights, other tanks are just optional.
BO just synergies with Choppa and probably the best guard bot in the game. SM is out of its league.
Not to say that Order play mostly bad dps classes for RvR like WLs, dps AMs, SWs. Engis are semi-okay.

Well the other reason could be in part to da freebooterz are running their guild a bit more, recently so more bos now are noticeable

For largescale SM is pretty nice for WW to cancel out the cooldown increase made by all the Meatballs who have instant acces to order backline with pounce and selfknockback.
I do however miss the days where they gave decent timed cc immunity for their group within range, that made for some nice coordination and counterplay strats.
Also it is an absolut must to pair a Wisperingwinds bot with a Dps bomb runepriest to get the lovely 50%incoming healdebuff aoe.
IB aoe punt is supperior if (?) the snare component is still unclensable.
But these days a guard-is-a-gaurd, cant be picky when there is no general interest in being organized and instead rahter want to join pug warbands.

i mostly play sc so use 2h better for me

Yup every Fort id always go up and check second floor, and there would be 2 or 3 engie up there casting napalm, and acid bombs on the dest outside postern, or by main door,
yea is funny Sorcs using triumphant blasting, to give knock back immunity on pits. too
