As far as I could see, you were not looking for some tips how to counter the class you mentioned.
Therefore, I would like to suggest you to post a proposal here with a deep explanation and solid proofs why said class must be looked at (you also must follow posting rules there).
But before you do that, you should keep in mind that the class was nerfed not that long ago: it lost a good chunk of its utility.
Also your problem could be related to toughness which doesn’t seem to work effectively against dots. So all dot class are quite annoying nowadays.
I hope, you will find a solution to your problem.
