i may be wrong but i think that Norkalli said that old-weapon cost will be reduced/revisited

i would prefer anyway we dont have to give away the appereance .....reduces old and increase new one from same ammount would be better, same result but we keep 1 wep with his appereance.

also boring principle-->if you change the power creep for all and ppl move from sich A to sich B therefore there has been no really change in balance just a time set back in reach a certain power creep
1- i would argue more on the new weapon bracket like some 1h stats on tank reciving str or more wounds on def weapon instead regen etc; which are not in line with the weapon aim
2- i would argue more about bw/sorc have a crit proc on invader 7th bonus while engi/magus dont...
3- i would argue about have to trade old weapon for new one , just use live implementation of "need buy 1 thing from previously tier to drop currency from next one"...
in matter of equip there are other problme than old sc wep nerf

There is problems with a nerf like this. Considering you have players in Devastator gear, it's just not competitive in certain scenarios if you can kit out certain 40/70+ character types that can kill lowbie *tanks* in seconds, while you have premades of several 40/70+ players with gear that is now three or four tiers above guys in the low 30s. I think it would be churlish not to see that as an issue from this, if we are saying a level 32 player has to fight guys 3 or 4 tiers above them, while earning emblems which are pretty much worthless in the short-run and long-run.
If the argument is you need to find kindly players in higher tiers to keep you safe from pvp and grind you up, I'd say it is a strong argument for level 40 only SCs.

More issues arise trying to separate it out. There are too many power spikes ability and gear wise between 31-39 to be able to let them fight 16’s. Equally so you can’t fracture the population for SCs anymore down to 4 tiers without ruining queues for anything besides T1 and T4. Easiest solution imo is streamline levels 31-40 XP wise down to a few hours total; let people get their abilities, masteries, tactic slots, and entry level gear faster to retain more people and make the leveling process more enjoyable.

Those tanks in Devastator could setup their characters properly and nobody can kill them in seconds as long as there are healers present.
Had no trouble with any archetype starting at lowrank in t4 sc pool, even Choppa.
I think too many people pick the easiest explaination available to justify their bad gaming experience.

Show me a video of a level 32 tank "set up properly" going toe-to-toe with a 40/70+ dps that is also "set up properly". Then add in another level 32 character to support the tank and another 40/70+ character to support the dps. Hell, you could chuck in a free healer too. I would love to see the rotation you suggest to counter that level gap.

Yes, that's a good idea.
