This guild recruitment is not aimed at anyone who logs on to play a broken campaign for chance for gear that might not be fully utilized.
In VII we try our best to test the waters on our own, by roaming lately in a closed guildwarband, with optimized classes, builds and mentality to fight even numbered fights or slightly outnumbered fights, not for the realm, not for roleplay and not for rewards other than the joy of pushing ourselves to the limmit of what we as players can achieve as individuels and together as a guild.
Yes, soloers might get dismounted and killed by us when you roam solo, for us to build moral of you. Yes some might get hit by us the same time as an other Orderforce are hitting you from an other side ,without it being nothing more than coincidence. Just like how we get hit by the same treatment and hit respawn and roll back out again.
