Maybe give out Invader to the defensive team if they win the zone before the Fort and push the pairing back? And double XP/Renown to lowbies who can't get into Fort for that zone?

IMO invader reward is OK, i dont want see Invader medals drop from another players. You want RoR like D3 when you gear up set in 1 day ? Maybe not exactly, before i think about roll bag bonus to fort, but now i think it's no nesessery, in 2-3 months you set invader in casual mode.

Well, is hard defend anything when 1 side is hard overnumbered. Yesterday destro have 40 AAO attaking Reikland and 160 AAO defending BC...

Dunno when. After Reikland where zerged back to praag and BC pve pushed i dont enter fort even when i have a spot, where bussy in BB/BE but a GM say pop and where full on both sides on rigth numbers.

Do people seriously now expect to be handed BiS gear just because they do Forts 24/7? Is contribution/actually working towards said BiS gear no longer a concept for some?

theres no contrib in forts .. or you could explain how to obtain it. Cause i already tryed every thing there.
