I just sent *junk mail from my alt but the missing bag did not show up :/
It's not the end of the world, just letting the dev team know these things happen. (Im sure they are already aware)

Have you opened the mailbox or just checked the icon that tells you "you got mail"? It usually works to unlock it, for me it has worked so far and same for other people i've told to do this.
We have also tried to send it with only 1 coin or empty, it didn't work.
Are you on order side? If so, tell me the name.
Edit: Just noticed from the screen that you're destro.

Sent mail with currency only, mail with junk and currency, and then mail with just junk from 3 seperate alts. Just wish it didn't eat up my gold bag roll

I am scrapz. Next time it happens, send yourself stuff from an alt like i did with scrapz. Maybe it's not really tied to having an item attached but requires more tries sometimes. I have no clue, i just know it tends to work for whatever reason.
