Got this yesterday, disconnect everytime I try to connect a new character, but reconnect everytime at the first try.
So only one try for me.

In the last 12 hours only 1 time i have the canche to log in but when I have trying to switch PG 11 hours ago i'm not able to log in anymore

Currently problems are mingling, and unfortunately no one gets money to sit and fix. Patience, better days.

I solved the problem just by closing the launcher and then rerun it again.

Please remove Gandalf from the login server...he is whispering "You shall not pass !" around and around...
After a 30+ still nothing..ill try it at the evening EU time....
