It's 2x1000 but to 2 different influence trackers, so essentially it works as 1000 of progress. And it's correct.

so while we have a X2 week which includes Influence as well. Why it was changed back to normaly influence in BE/BB?

Design choice. Dungeon influence is not the same as RvR influence.
