Don't get me wrong, force logging to avoid death is pathetic, but your version, in some situations would mean:
A I don't take the pop so i get quitter
B I take it and get killed while my toon is in an 'afkish' state

To get things clear i don't mind the reknown, the medals and exp while i wasn't able to get the kill. Its T1 so who cares. Its just the thing you can do it which worries me. As i said it happened at least 10 times - same person, same scenario - gone like houdini. It wasn't even a " oh well i am getting trained by 10 ppl arround the map " kinda move, i gonna crash the game which is still pathetic but in a way more understandable. It always happened in aa 1 on 1 situation where i got attacked from range and as soon as i catched up, he logged. We got a pretty balanced population either. I'll try to screen or even record it fi i see that happens again. But i think i'll keep it like Peter said / shrug off and move on. Since i got no clue how to fix the issue without causing other problems. Then yes, disconnect happens once in a while and lucky SC pops as well and noone want to be punished for that.

That player didn't join sc, as players joining sc lose rvr flag and remain some seconds on the place, where they pressed join and disappear after a while.
Do you have 'general' channel turned on in your chat filters?

I am still thinking about what benefites does it brings to a player who logged out ?
Loging in takes more time then just to respawn play 20 silver and get back to the fight.
The only reason is not being killed and save 20 silver. But ppl that are in T4 dont care about 20 silver.

If you log out then your "be killed" counter in the enemy addon doesn't go up.
Some people play for that.

If they had enough time to be out of combat and take a scen then that kill isn’t really being robbed from you is it?

logging out in the rvr lakes or taking an SC isnt against the rules or anything, however forcibly crashing the client causing a "(name) has disconnected uncleanly from the server" message can be reported to a GM with sufficient evidence being footage or pictures.
