Lag switches do exist and the window mode lag bug works.
SW auto attacks as long with engies still shoot through walls. my channeling skills on sorc do not finish when LOS is broke . My root on sorc works 45% of the time and i see the player take DD and the root is broken.

Whether or not your bug report is valid is not in question. The reason I'm not responding to that is because I'm rewriting the combat code, so I don't really care about reports based on the current code as they almost certainly will not affect my rewrite.
