Ancestor's Rune also has no cooldown. So Sigmar's Call has a 120 minute cooldown timer and only lasts 30 days total and it's gone. Ancestor's Rune is permenant and has no cooldown at all, you could sit there and spam teleport all day if that was to float your boat for some reason.
