3p conq with armor tallies, 3p dom with str tallies (dom gloves, boots, belt), winds impervious set for extra resist, ini and armor, and 3p BL (mostly for the wounds on cloak, gives you 9k hp, 4,4k armor (iirc) makes you able to eat all but mara armor debuff and still max armor mitigation, 500- 600 str which I find actually is enough, and you are tanky AF. My setup works well for smallscale action which I enjoy the most. Mix and match tactics for the encounter.

Definetly don't mix sets, full dom for the taunt proc and crit. Taunt proc is amazing. Of course there is a weapon with the proc aswell, but you need the speedproc weapon.
Until you get full dom, you can actually use the the 10% taunt from the epic weapon and stack the str from multiple sets.
Keep in mind, that set bonus is getting ready to be "adjusted" and isnt going to be there tomorrow.

Yep- but the second you have dom, speedproc is the best on wep.
And yeah, the proc is gone soon, at least that's the plan.
