I only have Butchering and Apothecary, no Cultivation.

The 60 + x% I listed are all from silver ingredients + 175 Stabilizers.
Examples: As already said.

The 60+60 or health regen ones are from purple ingredients + 200 Stabilizers.
Example: 60 Wounds + 60 Initiative for 30 minutes.

Stabilizers drop from many different Mobs.

I can't give Cultivation examples regarding the seeds or what you can get with them.

I got 2 types from Butchering so far: Regen + crit damage reduction (don't know other types) and +60 Wounds/Ini. If there are other types they are either very rare drops or only come from Cultivation.

Cultivators step forward and help pls.

isn't it blue from butcher for liniments ingrediants?

With 1 character you will miss some parts, like you can't create Armor pots without Butchering materials.
You can still buy ingredients for gold then or take help from a friend who has the missing skill.
