Is it just me or are there tons of Marauders lately ?

Cause RoR had broked balance between classes and now choppas suck ass. Look at slayers no one wants to play them here, but on live there was hunderds of slayers.

Maras were even better on live (muh piercing bite) so uh yeah there were quite a few.

and with the real thunderous blow ability ( got nerfedt 3 times here )

I had to check (cause i dont remember the details anymore, so old..) and once i read this it just came flooding back to me how amazing this ability was:

A blow to the head which disorients the target, inflicting X DAMAGE and increasing build times by X SECONDS for X SECONDS.

I used to main Marauder on early live and remember feeling like an absolute beast, once you caught something anyway. Maybe it changed after i left.

Man i miss my Mara now..

It depends on when you played on live. Mara was changed many times through out the lifespan of the game, but at the end, it was probably best melee DPS to play.

If you played somewhere after nerfs for disorient, or his AP drain, or when he couldn't wear 2 weapons and main hand wasn't copying itself, yeah, you might have played in times when Mara sucked.

I think Aero was expecting everyone to say its all the WLs rerolling, but they arent there are 20 WLs on and 19 Maras.

Choppas are great - as are slayers. Both have had their fair share of love in recent patches, and both fit into the 6v6 meta.

Please speak of that which you know to be true - lest you come across uneducated.

Marauders are awesome is probably why you see lots of them, what's the problem anyway? They're a badass class.

they changed TB in live ( 6 points savagery debuff wounds 152 5 sec CD.), and it was the same in ror but after few months from t4 release they nerfed it hard ( 13 points savagery debuff wounds 95 10 secs CD.)

Yeah yeah tell me, like here i never strike a two handed tank with my Zeal with 100 dmg hits with my best wombocombo, when on old WAR i melted those nabs in a sec.
