When going all in, I see -20 ctbc without -crit on gear. Does all -crit stuff (items and FS) work below 0 chance to be crit or only FS?

Is the forumla different on int or could it be that casters have all around ~the same base crit chance and the rest comes only from bonus critchance about gear ?

Intelligence does not modify chance to crit at all.

-6, -9, -12, -22, -26, -66 are the breakoff points. Each data point lowers the value of more anti crit. Depends on who you are fighting

Man why easy if theorycraft can be absolute impossible .... its so **** important to know the exact crit chance to calculate.... i could be possible to have to much crit what you could better put into Toughness,Wounds or so.

Man... all the answer above complicate things for nothing.

1- Intelligence do not affect your chance to crit at all. You crit 0% chance at 10 intel. and still 0% chance at 1200 intel.

2- Caster crit chance is called : Magic critical hitrate.

3- You can increase it in 5 different ways. A) crit chance from gear. B) Crit chance from renown ability, in your case : magic crit chance is called Focused Power. C) Using tactic that give increased critical hit-rate. D) Your mechanic, such as sorc/BW dark magic. E) certain class ability that increase crit, such as IB's Ancestor's fury that increase critical hit-rate by 10% for 10s.
Your personal critical hit-rate is the sum of those 5 things. Very easy to calculate. On .getstat its the sum of : Criticalhitrate + magiccritrate, for casters.

Now, what everyone is saying above is : in real combat, your chance to crit is affected by your opponent chance to avoid being crit. If you have 25% chance to crit, but your enemy has -26% chance to get crit... you effectively never crit, same as if you had 0. Conversely, if you have only 15% critical hit-rate but your opponent has 10% chance to get crit, you will crit on him 25% of the time. So in your decision process of how much crit you need, you have to factor in how your enemy is speccing.

Edit - May I add : Critical chance or critical hit-rate refer in game to your chance in % to crit. Critical bonus often refer to how much critical damage you do. So a piece of gear that increase critical bonus, increase the damage of your critical hits, not your chances to crit.
