there are also some caves underground, when you pass from the surface to ground the game litteraly freeze for some sec, one in des elf epic quest final part.

Its the air ships. They will cause a short freeze whenever they load in. Rest of the stutter seems to be wars horrible shader system (my opinion) but as soon as i have everything in cache, the stutter is much less.
No, its not the graphics. Its like little pauses ingame when u getting close to AH in Altdorf coming from street that leads to library. Same pauses are when u passing gate just before Apex (havnig flight master at your back). And that pauses dont stop until you leave Martyr Square area or IC Apex square.
I believe it's just the game loading assets etc. At any rate, after upgrading PC I only get a single pause when approaching AH in altdorf from library for like 0,2 seconds (Occasionally crash aswell, it's rare though). Used to be way worse before. So I guess the game simply handles a lot of this stuff extremely poorly. If it can be fixed or not I dunno, but I seriously doubt it.

ok the big lag in the beginning is the air ship loading in. the small ones could come from anything.

I'm having the same issue, but right out of the gate in the starting zone. Constantly, nonstop. I've tried every video setting and bit version and nothing works, the game just pauses for several seconds at a time, and then catches up all at once and does it all over. Every button press I make takes between 12 and 3 seconds to get a response, no matter if it's a menu, a dialog box, the chat channels, or attacks and abilities. I'll sit there like an idiot in a frozen animation with a filled casting bar for a good 10 seconds before my spell actually fires off, and then it just explodes in a sudden burst of action as all the animations happen faster than I can see, and then the next spell is exactly the same.

The game is totally unplayable as it is right now, and I can't figure out how to stop it.

From where are you connecting? Is it you ping? If you have a Ssd drive put ror on it. Make sure youre graphics card is setup correctly. Use the 64 version of the game if your system allows it.
