#9 ability in the Path of Bouncin tree for SH is missing? No patch notes about it. Is it only on my end that it's gone?

To what point exactly?
You mean that the Dots are calculated when they are first applied? And no calculation at each Dot, even if like a damage buff has fallen away, or a debuff should make it better?
Or is it just the basic formula where 100% avoidance, means really at all time?

aza`s comeback has a huge positive impact. very good and nice changes overall in the last patches etc., thx for that!

It's the avoidance formula, reverted so that disrupt isn't ridiculously high again (1050 wp vs 1050 int is back down to ~8%, was 28%).
Not sure how they've implemented DoTs, but they should have all attacker-side effects set on application, while defender-side effects are calculated per tick. That's the best way to implement this stuff I think.

reported on bugtracker a bug regarding mastery point from set bonus of anni/ruin/merc post patch
edit: closed as i either bad red or the meaning of the change was added later on

It's in one the discussion of last patch.
(((Defensive Stat / Offensive Stat) * 0.075 ) * 100) + Flat Bonuses - Flat Strikethrough = True Rate.
