and as you can see nothing happen in both video and if you read my first message you will see that I've tried everything.

Sometime you have to run the launcher multiple times. Sometimes I have to re-start and run it 6-8 times before it lets me log in. Same with the character selection, sometime it times out but then just re-joining to the server (in the character selection screen menu) and try again until it works.

apparently it's ror update who doesn't launch that why nothing happen but idk how to fix it

Add whole WAR folder to your firewalls exception list, especially if you use windows one.

i have uninstall all of my firewalls and the windows one is deactivate

i know this topic is old but i will try a last time i'm going to delete every warhammer folder on my pc and to uninstall every antivirus and to download a new WAR folder

I had the same problem and solution for me is Microsoft. NET Framework 4 I uninstalled it rebooted my pc and reinstalled it again.

Probably something you already did, but are the permissions for the folder correct? I.e removing the Read-only flag after download?

Did you check if read only is on?
Try to redownload one of the netframe works from windows it could be corrupted.
