After new abilities patch rituals are not on same cd so you can cast 1 and if your group run out of the place you could use the second one till the cd on 1st is over. So there is reason to have 2 rituals even now. It is not huge change but now it gives additional layer of ritual useage.
Your idea about 1 min cd and 30 sec cd on paper is okish but heal ritual is so good that these 30 sec without it may break the class (well not break but will make it weaker). So would pass but using more than 1 ritual sounds good

Oh really, didn't realise, that's a big buff for sure.

The 60 sec was intended as a compromise for making the heal MR count "officially" as a direct heal, since apparently so far that's been a bug.

And would mean they could make a tactic that reduces MRs CD by 15s/20s/30s.

Should have mentioned in previous post but xmas brainfarting :mrgreen:
