In bomb wb we have zealot+bo corpdebuff that stack and remove around 700 resist, both aoe. Destro got some nice stuff
The moment you needed to add a moral ability (even if it is moral 1, it will be cooldown during 60 seconds each time you use it in a single person)...the comparison starts to be itself derailed by yourself.

Zealot corporeal debuff as you say it is aoe, but i trust more in a tank like Swordmaster doing a double spiritual debuff himself, than a robe healer going into 40 feets range and beign inmediately pounced by a white lion.

No, destruction is not in the same league...as long as none achieve to balance those things, the scenarios will be what they are right now... a new players doom hole, where the server lose players each moth.

Amazing how uninformed people are even this day and age:

1: SM spirit debuffs no longer stack (they did on retail, Hoeth now has 2 abilities that make one another obsolete, rework of heavens blade better be worth it and implemented ASAP).
2: You realise that the only ones on order doing any sort of meaningful spirit damage (in both 6v6, smallscale roaming and warband) are dps am's and 2h SM's (no actual dps classes)?

Anyone mentioning WL's lionheart tactic gets a whoopin

The difference BS procs do with SM+MSW ini debuff versus just the SM ini debuff is negligible. Also the difference in spirit resist (HB+WoH versus just HB or WoH) has minimal impact on Blurring Shock proc damage as well --> biggest factor contributing blurring shock dmg is wheter you have 15 points invested in Khaine mastery tree and Greatweapon Mastery tactic slotted.

SM+ASW is a potential 180-200 initiative debuff while SM on their own is a potential 114-120 initiative debuff. Even with nothing in the Hoeth tree, you are looking at a 236 spirit resistance debuff from WoH which greatly improves BS proc damage. Put this alongside 5pc Dom proc and every SM in 6v6 going Khaine, you are looking at huge damage potential from Blurring Shock. It’s basically THE reason you run SM.
I wouldn’t call it negligible.

The difference of an additional 60 to 80 initiative debuff will not result in blurring shock proccing "significantly" more in actual fights (initiative having high diminishing returns works both ways).

A spirit resistance debuff improving spirit damage taken on receiver of said buff; nothing wrong with that?

The reason SM's take 2H in 6v6/smallscale is because SnB is not viable; even more so now that some genius placed the KD at 15 points again.

Every other tank has access to aggravation.

It is fair SM's do overall more damage than other tanks since they are gimped in support in every aspect of gameplay.

Man cant wait for BG and BO getting WODS, lets see if they trade in utility and support as well.

If you don't slot/gear enough Initiative then yes it does proc "significantly" more, the amount of pressure that comes from it is insane if you don't spec to counter it directly. Even when geared against it you can feel the hurt it deals. This graph is probably a bit out of date since they made some recent changes to how crit chance works, but you can still see just how much initiative you must slot to have a chance against the combo (300+)

I wouldn't have agreed until 2 weeks ago or whenever the change was but yeah, losing the KD to 13pts really sucks. Apparently there's changes coming for Heaven's Blade at least but, hopefully SM can get more utility in the future, especially once new gear comes out (in 2020).

Where is the quantative data backing up this graph? Is this playtested by a team on RoR testserver?

I do not see the issue though: you fight a group that has a MSW and SM in group, go respec your renown (for free/anywheretrainer) and counter their only trump-card.
