Pretty sure 200 essences drop from gunbad, but yes you can get Harmonious from conq and Dom gear.

Careful, not spreading fake-news with a blue name
You also get harmonious essence from warrants (white and green bags), which are usually much easier to get.

Lol my guild has gotten 200 essences from gunbad. Maybe salvaging the gear?

Excavator gear is green level 40 gear that you can salvage for essences.

Lol! No worries. But yeah you can get Harmonious from conq/Dom salvage. I've salvaged several.
