from some patch ago all chars have got added 35ini post debuff serverside, so on destru char max debuff is 200-35= 165

-you need 130(min value or you get esponential crit increase) +165= 295 ini

-on order side is minus 80 so = 215

these are all max values debuff so you can be a bit lower too, after increased ini stack crit reduction.

That was the old formula.

Statdoll currently lies because a few patches ago the devs changed the formula to where 0 initiative =s 100% chance to be crit rather than 35 initiative.

Based on our testing, it seems all they did was give everyone free 35 initiative.

So if you have 200 initiative; 8% FS will get you to 6.89%; but you will still be at 22.43% if you get a 120 init debuff!

Futile Strikes is almost always better than impetus for renown point spendature (but only because you gain so little initiative compared per point).

The takeaway from this is that you need decent initiative from your your gear/talismans/base stat.

current main source of imbalance:
SW Wrist Slash, with tactic -80 Init
because its tactic based, it stacks with:
SM steat steal, up to -120 init debuffed
SW conq gear proc, -100? init + Engi conq gear proc seems to be same
WP Castigation, should be -80 at rank 40?
WH Bullet, about -80 depending on spec
AM snare puddle, about -80 depending on spec

(values might vary, dont remember exact numbers)
I don't remember all right now, but those are maybe most common ones. There may be some morals with INIT debuffs which rarely see the light of day, or are just never used.

MAX ORDER DEBUFF; 200

MAX DES DEBUFF : 120

still max values so unlucky to happen due spec requirement, probably 170ish from order debuff and 100 from destru debuff

Castigation only 50 with no pts in Wrath, with 13pt it's 76.
