Rampage is potent but thank god so few good slayers remain in this game so it hardly matters.

D, Not every proposal to reduce the power or effectiveness of something is a Whine. Whether you agree or not doesn’t make something “whine”.
MDPS has server issues anyways. Maybe that’s the reason for so few good slayer mains, but they are there...
Note, I don’t agree with the current proposal(haven’t read it, that dude fallen is on my ignore list for a reason), just saying...

Why not? In balance forum isnt much room for discussion anyway. Iirc, Fallen has deleted his Slayer. should be trashed asap, guy clearly knows nothing about skill
rampage is 20s when popped on yellow, 10s when popped in red. That proposal is just an attempt to nerf opposing side just for the sake of the nerf, he didn't even put too much effort to read the skill description
