Theres already proposal by someone regarding that ability, but its hanging there unnoticed for eternity. Hence this topic.

Dont you feel that 5pt skill that makes all your attacks undefendable for 40s of every minute is bit too much?

In my Unicorn spec it is usually only 10 seconds each iteration.

I feel that a Marauder completely ignoring the armor penetration of 850+ Weaponskill while healing is a bit much.
Or having a 50% armor bypass tactic. (Give !)
Or Witchelfs that can backflip and restealth in plain sight. Damn Chickens.

I feel a lot of other things too.

And heres Choppas not even close equivalent
1) requires target to parry or block first (so you can no way poop on morales like slayer with that mechanic)
2) has 10s duration on 1m cd

That’s not the unique Choppa equivalent – Slayer have it also. It is called Numbing Strike. (and should be undefendable)

D, Not every proposal to reduce the power or effectiveness of something is a Whine. Whether you agree or not doesn’t make something “whine”.

MDPS has server issues anyways. Maybe that’s the reason for so few good slayer mains, but they are there...

Note, I don’t agree with the current proposal(haven’t read it, that dude fallen is on my ignore list for a reason), just saying...

Why not? In balance forum isnt much room for discussion anyway. You can more or less only agree or disagree with proposal x y and thats about it.

Iirc, Fallen has deleted his Slayer. Regardless of this particular matter, he shouldn't qualify as per balance forum rules (imo, not having played a R40/RR40+ Slayer is akin to deleting it because you are too frustrated with it).

rampage is 20s when popped on yellow, 10s when popped in red. That proposal is just an attempt to nerf opposing side just for the sake of the nerf, he didn't even put too much effort to read the skill description
