Uninstall every .NET framework you can find. Then install .NET 3.5, .NET 4.0 and .NET 4.5 in this order.

i cant install .NET 3.5 when i launch the .exe there is nothing happens then i install the other .NET and i launch the mini launcher and i had an other message of error i think im curse

There's a "Copy to clipboard" button in the launcher window. That copies the error log.
