Set requirement is 35lvl, while some mobs needed for unlocks are champs ~39lvl as I suppose (haven't done that in months so don't remember exactly)
About OT here, dwarf t4 champ is strong as hell, not as strong as hero mobs but much stronger than regular champs. You need some self heal to kill him atm or simply group up to kill him. Classes without any proper self heal will probably die before they get him down
Yeah I had to run a RoA spec with a health pot but I nailed the bugger

I was told it was made on purpose recently and seeing ppl around on 35+ running around with it made me snap.

What exactly is the issue?
Things not dropping until level x?
A few days without WI won't hurt you.
NPCs not beging soloable anymore (Wut? unless it's heroes everything is fair game for virtually any class)?

Did i mention anything abt some champs? Wtf?
Issue is 35 lvl item [part of a set] is unable to obtain cause spiders outside TM WC dont give proper items until certain lvl. Which never before was an issue.

Are you sure about the items not dropping? How long did you try? Some characters i got all 5 in 10 min and on some it took me 45 min to get the first drop.
