Have you tried changing your password in the User control panel (at the top right hand of the page). Go to account settings and change your password. It should update it on the game server.

hello,happens to me the same thing makes me prove dormant account and change the pass and now I can not get either the forum with my account principal.a see if you can do something my user account astisam

Could you help me with the same problem? got banned, then the ban time is over, but i can't enter the game.

I've tried and I get this.The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator.While this account I have yahoo mail, the problem is with the user user is astisam that I have with hotmail
