That is not a valid argument for this game, see AnywhereTrainer being disabled in part because it gave a big advantage to those who chose to use it.

Nerfed Buttons is an addon for bad players who lack the skill to properly use their abilities. It also gives actual advantages over not using it by allowing perfect use of positional abilities that you cannot get without use of the addon. IMO it should be disabled.
