To me it doesn't make sense that you'd get a rank 18 cape at 31. Could it have been a bag you received previously? That's the only issue I see.

His rank is 31 rr 33- It's on the picture he posted a long with the r18 item he says he got.

What does it matter? You never need more than the renown greens from the capital city war quarter for leveling.

Any nice shiny you out level and the good looking gear doesnt start till T4

No, this means you:

a) Put good effort
b) Had very good roll
c) Put effort before

Or the combination of the above in whatever combination.

Also you forget to mention your Rank / Renown Rank and char name. How convenient.

Totally apart from the small details like gear for your level just complement huge stat and avoidance bonuses from bolster you already got in place.

Overall I rank this thread 2/10 - you tried.

My rank is 31/33 as on ss i attached to 1st post and "reward" was 18/12... Kinda discouraging when u get something totally useless for all the effort. this was 1st zone locked on this char that day so no bonuses for other locks involved...

Are you aware that the bonuses are stored between days and restarts, so they were very mych so involved?

T2/T3 rewards are in the same tier. R16-R31

White Bag - Blue R18/RR12
Green Bag - Blue R22/RR16
Blue Bag - Blue R26/RR20
Purple Bag - Blue R30/RR24

T4 rewards begin at R32. Leveling isn't that hard.

Good solid whine thread though.

Really? I think it lacked polish, could of done with a bit of work. You staff set the bar with your put downs, which I never cease to enjoy yet folks on the forum never seem to meet that standard.

I see the likes of Torque and War as Gordon Ramsey on Hell's Kitchen being served with pink chicken and raw scallops
