I levelled mine AoE farming with Split Arrows (tactic) kiting. It's not as good or forgiving as an engi but hey it's still better than 1 on 1 mobs grinding.

A good spot for that is the ORC pq in eataine, the SW can pull around 10 orcs and then even complete the PQ kiting the hero. It was pretty good exp and loot (ruin).





If I had to chose between the two I would also consider your style of play.
I think Engi should be quite fun in Zergfare, while SW to me is more interesting to play in Scenarios or Smaller scale stuff.
