You need resolute defence kompadre.

Also since you are an ironbreaker you got the arsenal of best anti cc tactics in game.
1)Stoutness of stone
2)Seen it all before
3)Avalanche(not literally cc but one of the best tactics)
Make sure u try these it never failed our customers!

Like these other fine gentleman have said, there are two types of CC which both give separate immunities.

Punts/pulls/roots and knockdown

Punts are abilities which move you against your will, interrupting your current action. You can use abilities which can be used on the move while flying through the air. As a punt is used on you, a green chain icon is now displayed under your character health bar alerting you to your 30s which you can no longer be punted. Marauders and white lions have a pull, which because it moves you, counts as a punt in terms of type of CC as far as the immunity timer is concerned, and finally roots. Roots lock you in place and disallow you to move.

Knockdowns are abilities which disallow you to move or use and ability for several seconds. There are also "silences" in which a caster may silence you- preventing you from using any magical ability. Silences and Knockdowns show up as a green shield icon.

Other people have recommended that you download and use buffhead, which will display these immunities above your and enemy players characters. You'll learn that the being successful in game is incredibly reliant on knowing when you can use your cc on your enemy and when they can or can't on you.

Good luck

What's the buff ID for resolute defense for buffhead? I can never get it to show when enemies pop it.
