You can farm ruin from 28+ find a healer and you can farm easy pqs, note that they nerfed xp even with rested xp is still crap compared how it used to be. You can buy blue lvl 35 eternal off parts (belt,cloack) and lvl 37 enervating str rings (you should also get that 3 ring def set that gives armor ini https://wiki.returnofreckoning.com/inde ... Impervious) until you get beastlord and inf t4 ring. I would suggest you grouping up with players, find a guild.

I've never had to do the ruin grind. Always kept my rr up and hit rr39 before rank 35 on both my slayer and chosen.
Did SC's from 31 on both so had both anni and merc + the rr34 weapons on hitting 35.
It's an option if the pve grind is not your thing.

Having a few pieces of Ruin certainly doesn't hurt, you can build some fancy mix-and-match setups with it ~ Ruin has 2pc mainstat bonus and crit on the shoulders afterall.
