Haha, had similar thing before when login out in a scen, my kotbs had a goblin face on/in his chest.

Surely the ability animations would look odd with the wrong weapons and I doubt you could code a separate animation for each weapon type for every ability.

Certain ability animations don't even exist for a given weapon or mesh - you can see this if you send an OBJECT_EFFECT_STATE packet to turn yourself into a Skaven and then try to cast a regular ability.
