Just because i pvp predominantly doeant mean i dont look onto other gear to see if its worth the mind numbingness of pve in this game.
Dominator gear
anti crit SC weapons
toughness/armor talismans
anti crit/parry/disrupt renown points
warped flesh, heal debuff, 15s detaunt, deeply impaled
Then pick 3 rdps to assist you
Pop toughness buff
Run into enemy backline
Pop 150% uptime detaunt
Pick a single target
Deeply impale it for 15s
Wounds/armor/heal/toughness debuff (sequence dependant on target/situation)
Interrupt enemy channels
Knockdown enemy rezzes
Laugh as no one can kill you and your rdps delete whoever you debuff
