With due respect, I tend to think different.

Simple example: since the introduction of level 12 and new easy-to-get equipment our guild online numbers have dwindled 3x.
Many of our players have believed in time investment -> getting sense of accomplishment by getting better gear -> properly fighting the enemies being equipped unlike the "unequipped two-shot-me-for-renown" players. They have stopped playing 'til the time of proper grind is introduced.

TL;DR: WAR is not CS, MOBA or DOTA. Say NO to welfare! Say YES to proper time investment!

I dont know what it is you people are grinding but life only lets me play a total of about 5 hrs a week. So, between sc's taking up half of it at least I figure i grind farm for 2 to 3 hrs max. In one week I make 5 gold easy and then some.
Just grinding up to L10 (now 12) will definitely give each toon 5 gold for a horse. Quit cryin!!!

Forget that noise war/ror is not a farmy grind game you want that go play wow

Gear tiers are already broken down by rr that's good enough

If gear was a eaisly accisible. Or achiveable and orvr worked then I would rvr all the time as would I'm sure 90% of the people playing

Your guild ppl leavening wanted a diffrent experience grinding for hours to twink out and then "wreck undergeared" players


I play 2 hours a day so I'd rather fight than farm

You can make 5 gold in a few mins farming mobs can make over 2s a mob more if it drops a piece of gear

I grinded 24 alts to rr70+. Some of them 90+. All my destro alts had full ToVL glyphs + BP. I bet i invested more time than most of the current RoR players. All i'm saying is i'm not about to do it again just because some people got brainwashed into believing grinding should be a natural part of every game.

Anyway, in the end this is just my opinion. If RoR ends up being a grinding game, i sincerely hope you enjoy it and have fun. I'll just move on to a different game.

2s a mob = 250 mobs for 5 gold. That's way more than just a few mins.

Lost souls drop around 73 brass 2 lost souls give 1.2-3s

I went on a farming spree today in ic and at the end of an hour I made about 30s give or take and that to on my choppa toon and their one of the fastest farmers in the game

I call shenanigans on the 1g in a few mins claim

As you have noticed, many people do not see getting gold in RoR as a problem. You use an interesting way to ask for help using "full bs" or "shenanigans" that will surely bring a lot of helpful advices.
1 gold per hour without selling any loot is a good start for solo farming. This is a game. Search, experiment, there is not only IC to explore. If you are unable to make such money in this game, this is not the game's problem.
