It's an auto-generated message upon server shutdown/restart.
You'd receive an email if you had been banned, so don't worry.
If the launcher tells you that your account is inactive it means that the server has yet to fully boot.

Same here - was on at 1:00 am EST and no problems till this morning. Tried the old unselect "remember me" on login and re-enter password, to no avail.
