I've recently discovered there is roleplay in RoR, which got me interested to try the game out. I'm looking to create a tzeentchian witch. The magus class seems most proper for it, although I found out that the character model is permamently placed on a disk of Tzeentch. How does RP handle such? Would rolling a zealot be more apropriate?

Zealot would fit the witch archetype a lot better than Magus. Magus is more of a powerhouse spellcaster and demon summoner.

Are you still active?

Just started up today as a Zealot and am looking to get into a guild. I played the retail version back in the day and was getting that itch to play again. Was just seeing if you were active and still recruiting.
