Return of Reckoning

I personally think that the healer rr and contribution should be looked at.i know a while back in summer I had a healer main and absolutely felt both rr and contribution were not in realation to effort. I swapped to tank and feel the rewards are so much better. Unfortunately it turned out I probable play the game too aggressively for a healer and tank class suits me better.
That in mind it would not be a bad thing if some feedback that healers rr and contribution was looked at.
But yes remember my DOK on live also spamming heals for free rr , not where I want to see things go unless it can be only for my account.
All that said I do believe that devs gm et al look at the raw and cooked numbers to balance things but some positive feedback would be nice, that is in between updates, dungeon work, experimental classes ..........,

One can say that unlike live playing a healer in rvr requires you to be in a group. Helping random players does not reward you appropriately.
I guess all the restrictions to healing rewards come from a sentiment against solo healers in sc.
Personally I couldn't care less, whether they are able to earn more, when they heal better out of group than your own healers in group in a pug sc.
After all it is your own realm and why you should be jealous that they get stronger in a faster pace.
When they pull their weight then it is no leeching. Leeching happens for the most part within random sc groups, where a few do most work and some get the same rewards just for participation.

Excuse me, but it never was like that, even at low lvls.
I can't agree, that AOE heal is absolutely useless.
And can't even imagine: how reducing RR gain for healing would change healer's gamestyle? They are still spamming AOE heal.

Healers are already punished enough (by overall game concept) - they would never be at the top of killchart, they are usually logging off with "-" in the K/D ratio etc.

So much BS
1. You never gained renown from healing players that hadn’t killed anything or healing own party
2. 95% of group heals don’t heal out of grp so no yield at all
3. ST healing / hots was how you did it TRUMP style
dok / wp melee heal 20 feet bf nerf or channel heal (13pts), leaping alteration (virus heals) to my knowledge were the only ones that worked for leech
4. Overheal gave nothing - this one is important

Overall a good system except heals inside grp not reducing the leech pool if I recall how it worked correctly. The second flaw was healing fall dmg or lava yielded renown. So easy to change those 2

The leach was heal / 100 so 20 for a 2k heal

zele/rp ruled leeching because of instants

Imo was removed for all the wrong reasons and now we only have rr80s that are dps

I just think healers shoul get rewarded for healing, tanks for reducing damage, dps (even hybrids) for killing and grps wb should be there only for sharing (all gains, kills, heals, mit)

In the end that teaches ppl to play correctly.

Thanks for the responses and it also provides some explanation as to why the people I play with are ranking up faster than I am. Looks like it is not a bug.
