You might be onto something here...

Something I've been doing is running a pve only DoK and WP with scavenget skill to farm money. When it's quiet or i'm bored/burned out I log the alt and farm quests.

Helps get stuff off auction house and bits to level talisman making on my mains

Focus on staying together as an organized group. Focus down a target (typically healers), and keep your guys up when they are getting hit.
