But I didn't change my IPS and my friend in my city (whose IPS is same with mine) can get online by psiphon and also turning off the firewall and anti virus doesn't work

There's also the possibility antivirus flagged the launcher as doing malware-like things (memory injection is how the magic works), and broke part of it. Whitelist your WAR folder in your antivirus. Redownload the launcher and all the files, unblock them, run as admin, etc.

I was playing earlier today went and took a nap, Came back RED web-server. Nothing has changed on my computer other then closing the game and re opening it once. So is there a fix for this?

I'm having the exact same issue. played fine earlier, got off for an hour, tried to get back on and now the web server is red.

Same issue. East Coast in the US. My provider is having no problems and it is def finitely not the system. A reinstall made no difference nor my usual VPN.

We don't need two threads running about this. It's a hosting issue, can't do anything about it.
