if it's ini debuff you can also test with WE/WH kiss/bullets... but I don't think it is really an INI debuff general thing... at least never noticed enemy be constantly disabled by my kiss... and it is always up after the first 1-2 second of engagement

Afaik It is just a visual that happens when KD skill procs something else.
You can see it quite often on WE KD, it will be KD -> kiss, and client will list the kiss as the disabling ability while in fact it was the KD.
Won't see that in screens provided as it doesn't have inc dmg filter on.

Imagine you're right as I haven't noticed being disabled any other time without (probably) being under the effect of an actual KD/disarm etc.
