I would think a DoK slotting Bloodlust tactic could see 300+ CoC procs. But i cant read anything on his screenshot on my phone

ok if a tactic exist to up to 300 , no problem.

why the pet can take advantage of the buff which is already huge but which becomes monstrous which the SH and its PET can profit? (Damage X 10 for the pet)

and finally why the tougness does not mitige?

Toughness doesn't work coz CoV, CoC and PoR (and all other procs) doesn't use Str/Int/BS as a dps bonus increaser hence toughness can't reduce the dps bonus.

And its the same for WL and Engie pets aswell as WP have the same tactic to incrrase the base damage of PoR

Level 37 Mob in IC. I had 9 points into Path of Torture including the point to get Bloodthirst tactic.
