How to get T2/T3 influence gear?

They do but they also seem to appreciate player perspective (as long as it's delivered constructively)

As others have likely stated it's a population issue. On live there were enough players that T2 & T3 remained fairly active but we don't have that luxury here.
It's unfortunate because those are my favorite tiers. This way we get to see them still instead of getting ignored completely.
