If you want hardcore fighting against the odds, you're better off in Destro's guild Phalanx. Most other guilds on both sides zerg up to form the biggest group they can to wipe the enemy with sheer numbers and if it doesn't look like they'll win they flee.

Bitterstone Thunderers are the Order guild that are happy to give a fight no matter what the odds, although they're not particularly competitive due to only allowing dwarfs in (limiting themselves in warband composure and mechanics). They have a serious amount of fun doing so though!

I never played destro:D but looking forward to fight u guys hear a lot of good (and cursing) about you:D

With that level of expectation you either start your own guild or join Phalanx.

If you play during NA time you have Black Toof Clan, which is a greenskin guild. Although we also run other racial groups only on destro realm.

We can field a 6 man most nights. Something that is getting more common is fielding a 12 man. We are able to fill a 12 man a couple of nights a week now. All of us is on comms. All of us use addon's. We are usually a major factor in destro's ability to flip zone's during NA time.

The guild goal is to consistently put up a 12 man that is spec specific with everyone on comms doing the correct thing.
We gear/ tactic/morale swap as a team to meet the condition's we are currently facing.

The server currently lacks the correct morale gain rates which seriously limits how effective we can be. So if you were to join, playing with rocks is playing this game on hard mode due to the game not being fully restored. The team is a great group of guys thou.

Another good guild is lords of the locker room (destro) or Old School (order) for NA time.

Yeah, I never played destro so this would be no option for me but ty for your reply i will look into the order guilds you mentioned though I usually play EU prime.

Hardcore guilds died because there is a severe lack of constant competition. 90% of the time you are playing against PUGS or chasing tumbleweeds in Thunder Mountain (NA). The type of player who is interested in this type of play usually loses interest and stops playing, leaving but only the people who truly love this game left.

That's not to say there are no good players left, plenty of guilds full of them. But without that drive/necessity facilitated by always going against good or better groups and players, you just end up with 6 guys getting together in discord playing whatever they feel like and discussing things like "are traps gay" and ironically listening to the entire Alien Kidz rap CD or an audio version of Ernest goes to Africa instead of taking things seriously.

At least this is what I see from my perspective.
