kotbs SECOND runs a regen build sometimes...its sick 1v1 wise.

I think its worth trying it on SM...can be OP.
IMHO yes, i think you should use the chest.

SM are already beast 1v1 vs melee. If you want master of 1v1 focus building your spec to be able to beat kiters. Regen or not it is the hardest part of 1v1 on a tank. Personally, I found regen spec very bad on IB, I do much better overcapping resist and armor and maxing out avoidance.

Otherwise, definitely anni chest even if it means using block boots for 5 pieces conq.

Using 2h coz of aesthetic. I'm only using hp Regen vs melee, idea is to conjure up an anti zirael/volgo spec and a spec to beat bgs. I just wish you could see buffs of friendly players during duels.

Does Isha's Protection (20% more selfheal) work on life regen gear?

I tested it with Bolstering Enchantments and the Hoeth life regen tactic, and it does - hence why I want to capitalise on heal regen. However, I'm not sure if it works with hp regen gear, and it doesn't work with conqueror 5set wounds proc (as intended). Not sure if it affects RR regen, too.

I have no testing to back it up, but I have a feeling dumping rr into the normal avoidance stats would be a better investment than into the regen.

Yeah that regen is way to little for that many rr points.
