An observation about these shields — most BG gear starts looking truly epic somewhere around late T3, sometimes you can't even tell if it's something really rare or is it pretty common.

I was looking for some motivation to finally level my BG lost somewhere in T3 and that pic...

There are better BG shields than that, i have seen some good ones recently in old AoR screenshots.

now some of BG would think twice about 2h
BG 2h wielding looks not that cool. even worse than AM staff wielding imo.

I thought I'm the only guy who hates 2h male BG animation. Females have it a lot better imo.

come on... it's not competition of which is cooler maybe little.
truce? i've ran out of cool SS of shield.
and we both can't beat halberd + shield. if it's possible for npc.

that whirling with back bent, it feels wrong. halberd lacks feel of heavy hitting.
motions like staff spinning over head from AM would work well with halberd.
