I want a End Times elf faction (High elf + Dark elf). Just split them from order/destro. There, that's your 3rd faction. Make one of the keeps in the lakes their "warcamp", all 3 factions have to fight for the remaining keep.

Imagine a full SM spirit debuff + sorc rotations

Remember some 40k MMO had an intreasting idea were 3d faction would be NPC, PVE Tyranids that would swarm areas that were heavy populated if one side were dominating in numbers to help equalize.

End Times Elf faction would be amazing...

Dark Elves could join TK and Vamps, Skaven filling the slot in Destruction.

DE is pretty disgusted with Greenskins to begin with, and the Chaos armies aren't really their favorite flavor of magic either. They taught Nagash everything he knew which prompted the Tomb King armies to form in the first place. Sylvania served Nagash for a long time as well, pretty sure it's close to the current age, though I'm not 100% on the timelines.

Dunno man, Dark elves deal in a lot of blood magic, they'd be bros with teh vamps for sure.
