I'd say there are two types of xrealming: The xrealming thats performed for lols or to keep in touch with friends, and the xrealming that basically comes down playing ping pong; the try-diehardest kind of fairweather play.

Regardless of all of that, OP might wanna take a step back...
Alternatively, he could properly stir up drama (name&shame, tantrums, yadayada), this halfarsing approach is boring - I am still waiting for an opportunity to put my popcorn to good use.
