then they need to grind to 70!

The spec you should maybe run if you are rr50 (or rr40 whit full anni)

For rr just go full FS, then take what you prefer.

I actually really enjoy this spec in RvR. Depending on the number of heals we get, I just change up gear/tactics and heal or I will support dps, if we have 2 full healers and are a kite group, I'll swap gear for full dps (life taps still hit for 2k so you can burst heal) - also you can add to my knowledge the best toughness debuff in the game, sticky feetz even with a bad range can be very very helpful in rvr.

For 6 mans, i'm not entirely sure this will work, but main thing I've noticed for healing is the life tap tactic obviously. No idea how people can get away without running that just because of the insane burst it offers. But I have spent thousands of gold respeccing on my dok, so this is one spec that I can just sit on and play it pretty well both ways. I'm by no means an expert but tactics are pretty obvious for healing/dps. But that toughness debuff is pretty amazing when you're assisting on targets together.

It uses willpower, when you have healing charges.
