Thanks all for your replies, ill leave it at that, I recall some chatter bout it a while back when i first started playing when they changed the level requirement with the tier 2 and tier 3 merge that it got bugged

Hopefully a GM/Dev is still getting around to it or in the progress of fixing it still, it'll be good to see some more variety
